Craig Paulus founded the firm in 2005 to offer Alabama real estate professionals a better kind of legal experience—one that’s clear, proactive, and highly responsive. With a degree from Vanderbilt and a J.D. from the University of Kentucky College of Law (cum laude), Craig brings 25 years of legal experience to every transaction. His work focuses on real estate closings, deed and contract preparation, title insurance, and investor strategy.
He serves on the board of a de novo bank, acts as compliance counsel to a national homebuilder, and remains active in the Huntsville Committee of 100, Rivertree Church, and multiple real estate organizations. A published children’s author, proud husband, and father of four, Craig believes legal work should be done right—and delivered with care.

She also works on estate planning, powers of attorney, and business law for clients throughout the region. Anna-Claire earned her J.D. from Birmingham School of Law and her undergraduate degree from Auburn University. Originally from Moulton, AL, she values strong local roots and long-term client relationships.
